Please use the above form to order a parking permit. To obtain your permit, bring or mail the completed form to Cashiers Office (Bayboro Hall 132) with your payment. We accept check; money order; credit card (VISA, MasterCard); and cash. If the application is received prior to August 1, 2008 the permit will be mailed to the address on your application. If we receive your application after August 1, 2008 your permit can be picked up at Parking Services, BAY 132.

About Parking Permit Revenues

The State of Florida does not provide funding for university parking programs. Instead, revenue earned from parking permit, meter, and citation fees are used to pay for parking systems on campus.
