Application Status Information

We know that waiting for an application decision can be very stressful, and we want you to be fully informed while we are making our decision.  If you ever feel the need for more information on your application status, please email us at applyintl@stpt.usf.edu, and we will reply by email or by phone, within 48 hours.

We will automatically contact you by email when the status of your application changes.  Therefore, it is every important that you provide an email address in your application, and that you let us know if your email address changes.  You can update most details in your application using our student database (OASIS); to do this, please log onto OASIS.  If you have trouble using this database, please fax your changes to +1 727 873 4889.

You will receive an email when any of the following happens:

1. Your application is received and entered into our information system.  This normally happens within one week of receipt of your application.
2. We find that supporting materials are missing, such as: transcripts, test scores, your financial statement, or your application fee.
3. We receive missing items.
4. If you are a graduate student, when your application has been referred to the graduate program.
5. An admissions decision is made.
6. An admissions packet is mailed.

If you do not give us an email address, you may not receive any correspondence until you receive a letter in the mail.

If you send supporting documents after you apply, please write your USF ID number on each document.
